1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the hi772 website, mobile platform, and any associated services ("the Platform"). By completing account registration or by accessing any part of the Platform while logged in, you (" the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

hi772 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at hi772.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of hi772 following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The Platform operates under English-language terms in accordance with its Bangladesh market positioning.

1.1 Governing Framework

hi772 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and sports betting markets — all delivered by certified third-party game studios and data providers. hi772 acts as the account and wallet operator; individual games are supplied by studios including Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

1.2 Language of Agreement

All communications between hi772 and registered players, including support correspondence, account notifications, bonus communications, and these Terms, are conducted in English. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your hi772 login credentials with any other person. hi772 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hi772 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hi772 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges independently of hi772.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits to your hi772 account are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit is ৳500. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are subject to the payment method used and may be updated by hi772 from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

• Rocket & Upay: Instant processing. Minimum ৳500. Available during standard mobile banking hours.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed same-day for amounts up to ৳50,000, provided that account verification (KYC) has been completed and there are no active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposits. hi772 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

hi772 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Players may be asked to confirm the source of funds for withdrawals that significantly exceed their deposit history. This is a standard financial integrity measure and is applied consistently.

3.3 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit, any funds debited from your payment account but not credited to your hi772 wallet will be returned to your original payment account within 3–5 business days, subject to your payment provider's processing timeline. hi772 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Contact hi772 support if a failed transaction is not resolved within this timeframe.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

hi772 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the bonus-specific terms take precedence.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by hi772 carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, sports betting accumulators, and certain slots may carry reduced contribution rates as specified in the individual bonus terms.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, hi772 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the player's account.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on hi772, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online gaming — and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hi772:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of applicable law.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating abusive, harassing, or threatening communications via any hi772 channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to any administrative system of hi772.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any hi772 software.

Violation of any of the prohibitions listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hi772 reserves the right to take any and all remedial action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on hi772 are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates according to the specific rules published by its respective studio. hi772 does not modify game mechanics, RNG outputs, or payout percentages. The RTP figures published for each game are independently audited values provided by the game studio.

6.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, the round in question may be declared void. Any bets placed during a voided round will be returned to your hi772 wallet. hi772 will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a documented software malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome. Where a malfunction is identified after a withdrawal has been processed, hi772 reserves the right to deduct the erroneously credited amount from future account balances.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on hi772 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific event rules published alongside each market. Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). In-play bets are accepted up to the moment the market is suspended; any bets received after suspension will be voided and returned.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

hi772 is not responsible for bets lost or sessions interrupted due to your internet connection failure, mobile network instability, or device malfunction. Players in Bangladesh are advised that mobile connectivity can vary across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and other cities, and should ensure a stable connection before engaging in live betting or live dealer games.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

hi772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

7.1 Suspension

Account suspension places the account in a restricted state: no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay are permitted during the suspension period. hi772 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so. A suspended account may be reinstated if the player satisfactorily addresses the grounds for suspension — for example, by completing outstanding KYC verification or by resolving a payment dispute.

7.2 Permanent Closure by hi772

Permanent account closure by hi772 will result in the forfeiture of any active bonuses and associated bonus winnings. A real-money balance that is not implicated in the conduct leading to closure will generally be returned to the player's registered payment method following a compliance review. hi772 reserves the right to withhold a balance where it forms part of an active fraud investigation or legal proceeding.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hi772 support. Prior to closure, any active bonus will be forfeited and any pending withdrawal will be completed. Voluntary closure does not preclude a player from re-registering in the future, unless the closure was requested as part of a self-exclusion arrangement, in which case re-registration will not be permitted for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use hi772's self-exclusion facility. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi772's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Warranty

The hi772 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi772 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Temporary downtime for maintenance, security updates, or infrastructure upgrades may occur and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Third-Party Services

hi772 is not liable for the conduct, content, or performance of any third-party service integrated with or linked from the Platform, including game studios (Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), or data feed providers supplying live sports scores and markets. Each third-party service operates under its own terms and conditions.

8.3 Player Responsibility

Online gambling carries inherent financial risk. hi772 strongly recommends that players set strict personal budgets before engaging with any real-money game or betting market. hi772 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players, and financial decisions made on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the registered player.

8.4 Intellectual Property

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the hi772 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi772 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
